Dean

The dean represents and manages the Faculty in accordance with the Faculty Rules and Regulations, as well as the decisions of the Educational and Scientific Council of the Faculty and those of the Islamic Community. Within the limits of his authority, the dean may authorize the vice deans and other persons to represent the Faculty in certain affairs. The content and scope of the authorization given are determined by the dean himself. The Dean can appoint a permanent or temporary commission to carry out tasks within its determined scope.

The Dean may, with the consent of the Educational and Scientific Council, entrust the vice deans with a part of his regular duties.
